2005 Chevy Express BT Cruiser RV, 23 ft bumper to bumper length, fits in a regular parking spot.
Two side couches fold to a huge bed that easily sleeps a family with 2 pre-teen kids. Cabover area is storage but can be converted to kids" sleeping area with simple removal of the TV and cabinet doors. Unit has never been used for full-time living and the interior shows it. It is very clean, including crystal clean refrigerator, microwave and stove. Fully enclosed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Gasoline generator runs well. A/C works well, both the vehicle and RV units. No water damage or prior roof leaks ever. Power steps wired to a door end switch that extend and retract with the door opening/closing. Has a 3,500 lbs trailer hitch and all wiring in place. 10 ft wide awning is original and is in great condition except for the first few inches which have been exposed to the sun.
Chevy 6.0 engine and transmission run good, no warning lights, noises or leaks, and the vehicle had just passed smog.
