2005 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17" Fully self contained travel trailer. This travel trailer is fully equipped with a front wet bath, Side Dinette tables that can convert into a single sleeper, Rear Dinette that converts into full size bed, 4" cushions, sleeps up to three people. 16 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt Demand Water System . 12 volt Walmart battery, 12v LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks.
1-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the two burner stove, fridge, Furnace heater and the 6 gallon water heater, all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition.
Brand new door seal, no water leaks, exterior screw caps all redone/resealed , Chassis has some minor surface rust. No soft spots on the floor "Except for a small weak spot by the entrance and corner by the fridge " Please part 2 of the walk around video", no interior odor. 13500 btu Coleman low profile roof mount ac.

Running gear/chassis: 14” tires/wheels 13 months old, spare tire age is unknown but its still in good condition " dry rot", bearings removed/inspected and re-greased, 2” hitch ball required , 7-pin round trailer light plug, electric braking system, all of the exterior/Exterior lights are in working condition.
