2005 Alpenlite 36" Villa Series-Portofino
Clean, Comfortable, 4 Season Traveler
I am a 100% disabled combat Veteran from the Vietnam war and I need to sell my great 5th wheel. This has been our "cabin" for 5 years and was well taken care of. Always heated during winter months with external propane tank.
36’ rear living 5th wheel - 3 slides, 50/30 amp service, electric fireplace, 32" HDTV w/ BluRay, 2 Flexsteel recliners, new 2 person leather recliner (2016) , window treatments ,dining table w 4 chairs ( table has an extension ), Itialian Washer/Dryer Combo; Power awning with canvas fabric; screen door at entry, with LED exterior security lighting. Total length is 38 feet.
The kitchen features a new (2016) AC/LP side by side refrigerator/freezer w ice maker, a microwave/convection oven, solid surface countertops & stove covers, 3-LP burner stove, & oven, and a double sink. A new 42,000 BTU furnace was installed in 2016. The basement and water tanks are heated and basement holds additional storage. A 5500 Onan LP generator is included, which has about 30 hours on the meter.
In 2016 a new coating of roof sealant was applied to the rubber roof. The roof is made in one piece of rubber and has no leaks, even in the rainy NW. New carpet was added in 2016. The furnace and AC has a wall mounted thermostat near the entry. Fantastic Fans with thermostats and rain sensors are in the living room and bath and also have external covers.
An accordion divider separates the bedroom from the shower & bathroom. A foot-flush toilet w silent seat, with sprayer, is in a separate bath room. Some lights have been changed to LED bulbs and all others replaced in the last week.
The bedroom features a clean, comfortable RV KING size bed with storage drawers beneath, a newly upholstered headboard, as well as extra storage under the mattress. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe closet with mirrored doors and additional storage. Two smaller vent windows are in the bedroom slide out and a large window faces the foot of the bed.
The title is salvage because of an accident, but was brought back to new condition as the title states. This is a great deal for a traveling family or road warrior. All original Alpenlite 2005 Portofino manuals/docs are included.
