This is a great running 400hp – horse power cummins diesel , just took on 3 hr test run and use-she drove strong and powerful yet smooth through the Allison transmission – no smoke, no blow by, no drips- just clean nice running diesel, tires are like new with dot –date of manufacturing of 4/6/2016 so most likely put on in 2017 and look new and cost abo0ut $3500 for new tires- so no need for that expense, gen runs great with 926 hours a diesel generator, ac works good, slides work good, double door stainless platinum fridge with ice maker perfect, 3 tvs, newer interstate batteries, alcoa deep dish aluminum alloys, no smells, roof solid, $3000 in motion king dome satellite, tinted windows, huge windows huge slide out, huge windows, huge compartments storage, power chord is electric, stainless appliances . Now . the really good news! The interior is very nice, leather looks new, and upgraded soft Italian leather , not the normal hard alfa leather but very soft leather recliners and captain chairs- like new, tile in kitchen and bathroom, washer dryer comb, solid upgrade wood, cedar lined closets, huge almost walk in size closet so huge inside you can play hide in seek and not get found lol. But really huge inside with 7 foot 7 ceilings, micro looks new, convection, water purifier, trash compactor, corian counter, corian cover, stove/oven looks new, inside no smells and clean, upgraded window treatments. Now. . for the bad! Outside body vinyl stickers faded peeling on the corners dings and couple cracks but easy fix, I am ordering couple door latches, normal alfa pitting in couple areas but not as bad, also has flip out computer /office/desk nook with computer, has upgraded alfa factory computer with printer, all electronics with 3 tvs and dvds, we have 100 pictures…. 100 pictures…. 100 pictures….
