This is an Alfa "See Ya" RV with three slide-outs: the living/desk/tv area; the kitchen; and the bedroom. It also has an awning for a nice shady outside space. We have a goose-neck adapter or you can use the standard 5th wheel king pin. The space inside is very roomy for an RV with lots of windows so it feels bright and cheery.
There is tons of storage in this model, both inside and out, so it has been easy to keep all our belongings organized and tidy and still have our hobbies, a small home business and manage day-to-day tasks. The living room/desk area has space for books, office supplies, tools and just about anything else you need. The bedroom has 72" of closet space for hanging clothes in addition to all the drawers and cupboards. There is also a generous compartment under the bed where we"ve kept larger items, extra linens, etc.
Outside storage is really good, too. The main compartment located in the front is very large, is lighted and can be opened from either side. Plus there is perimeter storage - about 6 smaller compartments for various things.
One of the best features for us is the kitchen. We cook a lot and this kitchen is just about perfect. It has a generous pantry with lots of shelves but they"re shallow so items don"t get "lost" at the back. There is also a double sink, double refrigerators and an island. The open-front storage you see in the photos is something we added ourselves so we could have all our appliances, cookbooks, etc.
The title is clear. We have always kept this RV well maintained and have the original manual and repair records. Also, we are non-smokers and have no pets.
