All aluminum quality ( NO DELAM ) recent new rv trade that sleeps 10 . Brand new slide out motor and drive ,Md State Inspected , Brand new Heavy Duty Interstate Battery ROOF JUST COMPLETELY RESEALED ! . Ac ,microwave and refrigerator all in working order The interior looks great as you can see by the pictures, The ceiling walls and floor all solid , interior trim all good no rips or tares .did not see any leaks few older stains in on carpet in bedroom (see pictures and video) The rest looks good cushions all good No signs of smoking or pet smells The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics and sides in good shape, There is a scrape on slide out and some sealer spilled on the back (also see pictures and video) This one does not have an awning , Tires look good pulled it over 100 miles no issues
