2005 28" class C-3 slide motor home. Condition is Used. Mileage on this unit is just 34,795. Complete brake job, pads,rotors, calipers, bearings, sensors, ($1400). Also 2 new batteries, new roof vent cover, water heater thermostat, furnace gas valve, electric step motor, newer mattress, tire covers, windshield sun protectors. Motor is Ford V10 runs good, just had complete service last week. Tires have good tread only 2 yrs old with new spare. Grand Touring model 283 was their top of the line for 05. Has 3 slides that work well with awnings. Last owner added leveling jacks ($3500). We purchased this unit late last fall, sent it to a RV center to be checked out and any problems fixed. LP tank full & fuel tank is full. My wife says its too big for her to help drive if we travel too far. Will look at class B units later. Unit has all the std. equipment, this floor plan has table & chairs. Sets on Ford F450 with V-10 gas motor. Same model in Georgia asking $34,995, one in Texas $34,500 and one in Colorado for $30,999.
