For Sale: 2004 Volkswagen Rialta QD with ONLY 40k miles ! 22’ length, chrome wheels, exterior is white with beige trim and grey interior in excellent condition. Front captain’s chairs are leather and in excellent condition. Averages 17-19 mpg with the ability to park in smaller places and even go through the drive through! Auxiliary battery disconnect switch turns everything off in the coach with one button which saves your coach batteries. It has a 21 gallon fuel tank, 20 gallon fresh water tank, 13 gallon black water tank, 9 gal gray water tank, and a 7 gallon LP tank. It has an exterior wash station, front and rear mud flaps, an Onan gas generator, 7k BTU roof A/C, 19k BTU LP furnace, Norcold 3-way fridge, and a 4 gallon Motoraid water heater. It has a belted-seating capacity of eight (8) and sleeping areas for four . The rear dinette makes a full bed and the passenger seats also fold down to make a bed. 12v power vent fan, cd player and radio with surround sound, TV/VCR, Samsung microwave, 2- burner range, kitchen sink, 30 amp power cord, and air ride adjustable rear shocks. It has toilet, shower, and bathroom sink. This Rialta is in excellent condition and rides and drives great! The motorhome has been serviced routinely and taken well care of. RV comes with all original owner’s manuals and maintenance records in briefcase. It has had the following service performed at 38k miles: replaced tie rod ends and ball joints on both sides, replaced auxiliary cooling fan, installed a VW shift kit, installed new coach and house batteries, transaxle oil and filter r/r, AT fluid and filter r/r, installed a new aux. transmission cooler, installed new muffler. Excellent tread on all 4 tires. I am the second family to own this motorhome and have enjoyed it on camping trips and travelling. The Volkswagen 201hp V6 engine is perfectly sized for this motorhome and accelerates nicely. This engine is the most desirable engine for the Rialtas as it is a great improvement over previous years’ engines. Set the cruise on 70mph and sit back and enjoy the ride! The interior is in excellent condition. Also included is a StowAway2 hitch mounted cargo box ($700) that is perfect for hauling chairs, camping supplies, etc. It swings easily out of the way to access the rear storage compartment. Even though this motorhome is 13 years old, you can tell that it has been taken care of. The paint is in good shape with very little fading. The left side has some dings from a hail storm, but is not all that noticeable (see pic). The roof has been maintained and there are no signs of leaks. The interior carpet is light blue and has a few stains from muddy shoes, but is not worn (see pic). The upholstery on all of the seats is in like new condition. There is a plastic trim piece overhead on both the driver’s and passenger’s side that has cracked from age (common problem with Rialta’s) and the cover on the ash tray is missing (see pics). The finish on the chrome wheels is coming off in places, but they still clean up nicely (see pic). The cab a/c works excellent as well as the rear a/c. This is very nice when traveling with passengers in the back. You don’t have to run the roof air with the generator, because there is rear a/c powered by the engine just like the cab a/c! I have looked at many Rialtas and this one is one of the best condition ones that I have seen. If you are looking for a small motorhome that is comfortable, easy to drive and maneuver, and gets excellent gas mileage, the Rialta is the motorhome for you! We are selling this motorhome due to moving up to a class A motorhome, but I am tempted to keep it just for a 2 nd vehicle! Feel free to ask any questions.
