Vehicle description
Winnebago Rialta QD with 32,000 original owner miles. The Rialta is a class B RV that sleeps 4 people, but it drives like a minivan because it is built on the VW Eurovan chassis delivering 201 HP. It is in very good original condition. A Thule roof rack system was added that I set up to accommodate surfboards and a kayak. A cargo trailer and box was added along with a mini Thule system for bikes. The generator only has 78 hours on it and it uses the vehicle" s gas tank until it gets to a certain level and shuts off automatically so you can drive home. Some of the other features are: rear mounted air conditioner unit, sink, shower, bathroom, hot water heater, skylight, 20 gallon fresh water tank, 7 gallon gray water, 13 gallon black water, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tv. All systems are in working order. This is such an iconic timeless camper that I get stopped all the time by people with questions and comments. There is definitely a cult following to the VW camper. I have struggled whether to sell because I have had so much fun and have experienced so many memories with Chumly, (The RV"s name), but it is time for someone else to enjoy. I have all records and manuals. It is currently inspected in Pennsylvania which is notoriously strict with these yearly inspections. I have included two photos of small things that didn"t bother me but might bother someone else. The first is the stove cover which has rusted over the years from me laying my wetsuit over it. The second is the paint bubble behind the driver"s side door. It has been that way for a long time and hasn"t gotten worse because I wax the entire RV once a year. That"s 15 times for those of you counting. There are some great blogs and internet community groups pertaining to the Rialta including people who chose to travel the country, living in this tiny house on wheels. One of the best website for information is www.rialtainfo.com. I encourage in person or professional inspections. I am located 20 miles west of Philadelphia.
