I bought this RV in the hopes of restoring and using it. The RV was in a flood about 4 years ago, it was bought at an auction before I bought the RV, since I have owned it, I have replaced the following parts-starter, fuel pump both new, window regulators, window switches, head light switch, instrument cluster, blower motor, horn, radio, speakers, battery"s, fuses and carpet.
13500 miles on it.
It starts up great and I have driven it around a few times. It has a strange sound to it, I thought it was a lifter knocking. A mechanic told me that I needed to replace most of the sensors on it and that would make the sound stop.
The fridge and AC work, I have never tested the furnace or water pipes. The slide out works fine. I have gone though and cleaned as many wire connectors that I could.
The previous owner attempted to patch over some of the damage on the outside. The oil pressure gauge does not work and the temp gauge works half of the time. The power door locks do not work. The Onan generator is included, it has spark and the compression however it was packed with dirt and would need to be replaced or repaired. It was taken apart, I should have most of the parts. The oil pan has a small leak, I have the gasket, just never got around to changing it.
I was working on a salvage title, I have all the paperwork for Colorado except for the state partol inspection.
I am only selling due to my HOA, I encourage inspections of the RV. I will allow someone to make repair with the RV only after the full payment is received. I would prefer someone to tow it away. I am selling it AS IS. I am not sure how far it will drive.
