This unit was purchased for my husband and I to use on our private land in North GA( Hiawassee)a as a weekend get a way. Since the purchase we have installed new carpet through out, resealed rubber roof, installed a tank less water heater, installed new water pump, new kitchen sink faucets and shower faucets,and purchased a new sofa Unit has upgraded maple cabinets with solid surface counters ,large closets in both bedrooms, ,large 4 door 3 way fridge, cook top and oven. Kitchen has wood floor. Very recently my husband has been diagnosed with serious medical problems that prevent us from using the unit. A third surgery is scheduled for December. We live about 3 hours from the location where camper is located. This is a beautiful unit with washer and dryer as well as an Onan generator. Queen bedroom on front and second bedroom on other end can be bunks or double bed. Unbelievable storage.Large enclosed stand up shower. toilet is in separate room. I apologize that pics are not better since this sale has just been decided upon and I live about three hours away and had these pics on my phone. I am selling with no reserve for a quick sale because we will not be able to return for several months once he has surgery and maybe not at all. The acreage it sits on is also for sale.
