2004 Class A 40 foot Tiffin Phaeton Model 40 RH Diesel Pusher with 59,000 miles, two slide out rooms, one large one in living room with ultra-leather sofa and dinette and one in the bedroom with queen bed slide out. This RV has been kept as new inside and even still smells new. The exterior is that of a 16 year old motorhome and some of the decals are fading and paint clear coat peeling and you can see that in the pictures or I can email you more pictures and videos if you would like but there is no delamination at all and no leakage and the roof is even fiberglass like a boat hull so it is virtually a maintenance free roof. It has a Freightliner Chassis, Caterpillar C7 330 HP Diesel Engine, Allison automatic Transmission, exhaust brake, Onan 7.5 KW Quiet Diesel Generator with about 2,000 hours on a slide out tray, the generator runs but it is not generating full power and should be looked at. 10 gallon hot water heater gas or electric option, washer dryer combo unit. 90 gallon Freshwater tank, 70 gallon gray water tank , 50 gallon black water tank, one of the good things about the large capacity tanks makes it perfect for camping without hookups, there is also a 2,000 watt power inverter that will run many of the electronics and TV’s without the need for the generator and it was replaced about 3 years ago. It has Electronic Power sun visors, heated mirrors, CB radio with Antenna, exterior entertainment center and TV , push button HWH Computer Controlled Hydraulic Leveling System with Automatic Air dump and jacks, Rear Back up monitor turns on but needs replacing (these are not expensive), Dual Thermopane Windows with Room Darkening Double Shades, Power step well cover with lighted entry way, Roof mounted chrome air horns, water filter, WeatherPro Power Awning, Hitch, Rear ladder, Two New 15k btu Roof top Heat Pump Air Conditioners. Two LP gas furnaces,. It has an awnings over most of the windows and over the door with lighted stairs and entrance way. Mint condition interior featuring a large Living room slide-out that levels with the floor. This Motorhome will comfortably sleep 8 people with the sofa beds and dinette bed used. It has the leather package in the driver cabin with 6 way power revolving chairs. It has a Panasonic DVD, VCR, CD Home theater Sound System all remote controlled, Front TV and bedroom TV, King Dome Satellite system is installed but you would probably want to update it to a new in motion satellite system. The Kitchen is equipped with a Sharp Microwave / Convection Oven, Side-by-Side Refrigerator with icemaker with Electric or LP option, the cooling unit on this refrigerator was replaced last year so that is good for a while. Corian counter tops, All walnut cabinetry with booth style dinette with storage drawers under the seats. Ceramic tile flooring. Large bathroom with Sealand China Toilet and spray also with no fuss Holding Tank Rinsing in the outside bay area. It has corner vanity, Corner Shower with Frosted Glass Enclosure and Separate Private Toilet Area with cabinets above. The Master Bedroom Suite has a Large Queen size Bed with new memory foam mattress. The bedroom also has a Double Door Mirrored Closet with tons of storage space. The dash ac does not work but we don’t know if that is just a coolant re-charge issue or other issue but usually when traveling we have had the generator going and using the roof ac units to stay cool throughout the motorhome.We have owned this motorhome for about 10 years and have driven it coast to coast and it is a solid motorhome just we don’t really have time to use it these days is the only reason for selling it. Something else to consider are the tires, I think are about 7 years old and if you know how motorhome tires are you will need to replace them before doing any serious travel, they are fine for test driving the RV etc but for purposes of travel it would be best to replace them and we would be fine to help have a local tire shop here come out and facilitate them replacing the tires for you. This is a good way to own a very well built Tiffin motorhome at a fraction of the cost of the new ones but with the same strong bones, many say the ones built before the introduction of all of the new digital gizmos and the def fluid requirements are built much stronger than the newer ones today. Please keep in mind this is a 16 year old motorhome and even though the interior is in excellent condition and the structure has no leaks and is in excellent condition cosmetically it is a 16 year old motorhome with some fading of decals outside and peeling back of clearcoat paint. This could be fixed by having it painted or wrapped or just continued to be used as it is. This Motorhome is located in Auburn Alabama right off of I-85 about an hour south of the Atlanta airport on the interstate.
