The unit is powered by a Ford 6.8L Triton V10 gas Engine and Automatic Transmission. This is 50 amp service and has an Onan Marquis Gold gas Generator with Only 36 hours on it. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and original tires, no dry rot still have good tread. The exterior is white with tan bottom and tan and blue striping. The interior has tan carpeting with cloth pattern front seats by flex steel with leather trim. The cab has cruise, tilt, A/C, cd player, power heated mirrors, hwh hydraulic jacks, drivers door power window, dual front fans, front TV, front windshield curtain. The living room has a chair behind passengers seat which is cloth, dinette booth, valances and day/night shades, refrigerator. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven combo, microwave, vent system, wall mirror. This has a roof A/C ducted with digital climate control. it has a full sliding door to the bath area. The shower is on the left as you walk to the rear it has a stand up shower stall with a door and a skylight. The main bath area has the full door, toilet, vanity, mirror cabinets and roof vent and fan. The bedroom also has a sliding privacy door. It has the bed area slide out with mattress(no comforter or shams), dual night stands and dual wall lamps, TV, desk area mirror closet doors and cabinets. Also has the valances with day/night shades. The interior carpet is a light tan color so it does have some stains in the bedroom living room and cab area. The seating is pretty good overall the chair behind the passengers seats has some wear and stains. The exterior is good overall has some normal decal flaking and has a dent on the cabinet before the drivers side rear wheel(see pics), a few small dings and minor scratches. Model: 28DA.
