During the past 7 years we used this RV on multiple family vacations both near and far and on the weekends at my son"s racing events. However, in the past 2 years, both of my children have gone off to college and I started a new business, leaving little to no time to use our RV. So, we are putting it up for sale for someone who is looking for a well maintained RV in good condition.
There are many features and amenities to this RV which had an original sticker price of over $ 100,000. It has front and rear slide outs w/ slide out toppers, dual air conditioner; heat; master bedroom, bathroom/shower, ample interior & exterior storage; awning; trailer hitch and much more. We invested over $ 4000 in recent upgrades and service (receipts available) including new carpeting and hardwood flooring; front brakes and rotors, restored roof with new protective seal coating, (3) new batteries, Onan generator clutch and pulley, new tire (all others are in good / very good condition); new rear jack springs and oil and filter change.
All of my vehicles are very well maintained, with the last three going over 250k miles (one to 295K mile). The interior is in very good condition with cherry cabinets and modern upholstery, not the standard white washed oak and pastel colored sofas and chairs. The exterior has some fading and decal cracking which is typical of a 15 year old coach and the windshield has a few chips that have been repaired by SafeLite.
