“There are no mechanical defects (that I know of) in this coach. It has a little road rash, typical of a 13 year old coach, but everything works as it should. There is slight delamination on the right rear quarter, the whirlwind decals are faded, and the interior is worn but solid and serviceable.” |

Vehicle description
I have a Carfax report. Will forward upon request. The only items of note are the roof and mirror/windshield mentioned below. Coach was purchased in summer 2013 and driven about 35,000 miles since. An extended warranty was purchased with the coach. It is transferrable and good until July or August of 2017. Items that have been added, replaced or improved since purchase: Roof replaced 2014 after scraping a limb at a shopping center entrance in Phoenix.
Satellite Auto Search TV system, HD TV for bedroom. ($3000) Shock Absorbers all around. Koni"s on the front, Bilstein"s on the back. The Bilsteins were too stiff for the front, and rattled my teeth on freeway joints. Ditched them, got Koni"s. That was about 4000 miles ago, and the wheels were aligned at that time. ($1400)
Motorcycle carrier ($600) Wireless rear view color camera ($500) Both A/C units (WARRANTY) Tires ($2500) The tread on these tires have a LOT of life remaining. New Microwave/Convection/Browning oven
Sirius Radio with CD, Aux, etc
Slide awning Queen Size mattress Tow hitch was upgraded in Orlando to 1000 pound tongue weight, and 10,000 pound tow capacity. I carried a 400 pound motorcycle on a top of the line hitch carrier, and it is included. We also towed a 4 cylinder Jeep 5 speed, 4wd Renegade, complete with Insta Brake system and tow bar,. The Jeep can be purchased with the Coach for $7000, and the motorcycle rack is included with the coach. The Jeep is in good condition, everything works, air conditioned and has about 130,000 miles. Timing belt replaced, and 30,000 of those miles were towing miles. If you are not familiar with towing "four wheels down", you should note that the 4wd Jeep has a drive setting that does not spin and damage the transmission, and an ignition setting that allows the steering wheel to turn to follow the track of the coach, but does not simultaneously exhaust the battery. It is THE PERFECT SYSTEM for towing a ride, and the motorcycle allows both of you to have a vehicle when parked. This coach is powered by a Ford V-10. Auto trans with 3 speed and overdrive. It has been trouble free and had regular Mobile One oil changes. Mileage is about 9 to 10 at 55mph, a little less if towing. It cruises EASILY at 70 MPH. It has crossed the continental divide three times, once in Colorado at over 10,000 feet while towing the Jeep, and performed well without overheating. In fact, this coach has made me a believer in Ford trucks. It is currently stored in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. It was in active use until August 2016. Since then it has been started, allowed to reach operating temperature, and moved to prevent tire flat spotting every week. I will help with delivery provided that we can work out the financial arrangements, and you are satisfied with the unit.
The right side (passenger side) mirror and windshield were replaced in 2015 after an 18 wheeler clipped the mirror. The coach has everything you expect. Power step. Tachometer. Tank heaters. 5,000 watt Onan generator and 30 AMP service. Hide a bed couch. Outside shower. Spare tire.
