Vehicle description
This is a 2004 Thor 31c Fun mover. Mechanically it is sound it can be driven anywhere. This is a project that needs more labor than anything. Here is what has been done( we will list what needs to be done later) 1. new tires less than few hundred miles on them 2. New brakes. 3. New Shocks 4. Transmission serviced shifts smooth 5.Belts hoses plugs tune up, runs and drives excellent. NO leaks anywere 6. New marine grade sub floor ready for wood or vinyl.
This unit was going to get a total make over so it was gutted. All of the wires, systems, tanks pipes ect are still in place( including generator ( onan) What it needs is to simply be put back together or used as a big giant truck with a garage door and a RAMP
1. It needs the bathroom walls put back up, including door Toilet,shower, sink, re installed 2. button up the interior panels 3.New floor covering replace cabinets( can be purchased use d at many rv salvage places( we have one close by stardeck) 4. reinstall kitchen sink, microwave and stove(still have) 5. replace all interior lights( again can be purchased used) 6.replace furniture( a new set from rv seats in la ha bra is under $1500 ) 7.outside awning needs to be replaced.
Currently it has an ARKANSAS title, and the tags are expired Mechanically it can be driven across country , but it will need temporary tags from your state. Star deck the used rv salvage place here locally said that can put it all back together in about 25 hours at $100 per hour so retail thats $2500 parts wise retail would be no more than another $3000.
I have some of the major parts still like appliances, sinks, toilet ect. If you are local feel free to make an appointment to come by and see it.
