I have a 2004 Thor Citation 35" Fifth wheel that is in like new condition in and out. No water leaks ever. Everything works, which includes A/C, heat, hot water, microwave, stove, fridge, ceiling fan, full shower, toilet, cable, surround sound ect. Has master bedroom, 4 bunk bunk house, living room, kitchen with huge power slide out sleeps 10! All lights changed to brand new LED bulbs, all 4 tires like new no dry rot, 2 deep cell batteries 2 propane tanks. All fabric blinds have been replaced with new mini blinds throughout Great camper! Also Forgot to include, the camper has a new awning fabric just needs to be installed. Seller also has number of reasonable transport company the buyer may want to consider, Moved camper twice for me before and was hundreds cheaper that estimates I"ve gotten.
