Options: Catalina 2500 Awning (green), Axle (non-braking) 2" Receiver on rear. LP regulator, valve and gauge. Two leveling Jacks stands. Propane tank. 12V battery. One exterior light and exterior 120V outlet. Includes owner"s manual. New Primewell tires with less than 500 miles on them. New curtains, new vinyl floor tile on main part of floor, most of the interior has been redecorated and about half of the cushions has been recovered, because my wife felt the original interior was a little too mundane. Not all accessories in the photo are included with the trailer. However, will include an extra propane tank and ball hitch with mount. The propane furnace works very well. Sleeps three. Has screen door and small closet. Side and rear windows open and of course have screens. It has normal wear and tear, but since I’ve owned it, I store it in a nice garage from early November to early April. Have not tested anything this year, but in recent years everything has worked. Small, light stain on floor underneath the table. Overall weight is around 1200 lbs and a hitch weight of appx.100 lbs - - Location: Davenport , Ia. - 1 7/8" ball hitch - Suburban two burner stove top - Small Dometic refrigerator, no freezer. - Propane heater with thermostat. - Small sink - 10 gallon water holding tank - There is NOT a 12V battery charger on board - No A/C unit - No Bathroom
