2004 Roadtrek 190 Popular Anniversary Edition Class-B Motorhome. Fitted with the extra storage and Wardrobe option. All systems are fully operational and have all just been thoroughly serviced. Comes with: · 3 way fridge (propane/12v/120v), · propane 2 burner stove, · propane furnace heater, · propane water heater. · 2 portable 110V electric heaters. · All propane systems have just had there burners removed & cleaned and their supply pipes flushed. Hot water tank had a new anode fitted. · Factory fitted built in air conditioner & heat pump which runs off 110V shore supply or with the built in Generator. · Onan 2800 microlite Generator has also just recently been removed and overhauled with new oil, sparkplug, air filter, replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the carburetor, cleaned the electrical brush rings, repaired wiring, treated housing for rust and renewed antirust paint. · Has a flushing toilet with black tank and grey tank, replaced both tanks drain valves. · Has a shower inside and outside. · Kingsize bed in the back and single bed in the front. · 3000 watt power inverter · Flat screen Samsung TV. · Dvd player · Direct TV decoder box (Trackvision Satellite removed by original owner but it does have a hardwired coaxle cable connection so if at a campsite with cable supply you could hook up tv. · Also has towbar kit with the electrical controls unit in the cab (I have never used this) This vehicle has only had 2 previous owners and as you can see from the pictures has been well looked after. It has a high millage of 255,363 miles, however the service & maintenance record is complete and all manuals and booklets are supplied. Mechanically the vehicle is also very solid, it has been given & filter change approximately every 6000miles since new, there are no rattles or vibrations from the steering & suspension. I have driven approximately 8000 miles since last June without any mechanical issues. The 6.0 V8 Vortex engine is very powerful and the van is very comfortable to drive. In addition to the work detailed above, I have also carried out the following servicing and repairs: · Engine Service, oil & Filter · Diff oil replaced · Front Rotors & pads replaced · Windsreen washer bottle leaking, new seal at water pump · Repaired wiring for battery Isolator · Replaced 2 house batterys · Replaced roof window above drivers head So a 15year old vehicle with high miles can"t be perfect, there are a few bad points: · Tyres are ¾ worn with approx. 3-5k miles left of wear · Body work around the bumpers and skirts have some clear coat burn through and a few scrapes and scores, they bug me but my wife said she didn’t even notice them so all in the eye of the beholder if that’s a bad point for you or not! Front Bumper & side skirts have a few crack which are repairable, rear right door has a dent which is through the paint but has been touched up. The van is ready to Drive, other than tyres it will be good to go for another 6000 miles. It is Florida registered but is currently in the pacific northwest (Victoria BC) as we are visiting family. I am happy to drive the van to who ever buys it as long as south of here, or I am happy to help you with arrangements should you decide to have it shipped. The reserve price is $22000.
