2003VW Eurovan chassis; 6 cylinder gas engine with 95,578 miles; 17-18 mpg. Theengine is in very good condition. Cabin is a 2004 Winnebago Rialta. We are the 3rd owners and havedriven the Rialta 35,000 miles since 2014. At time of purchase the brakes,steering, and suspension were overhauled. New muffler and exhaust pipe installed in 2019. Has 2 sets of wheelswith snow and all season tires. Includes bicycle rack. In Jan 2020, cabin was serviced at the Winnebago factoryin Iowa; sealing of cabin joints, doors, repair of rust, andwindows; cost approx. $4857. The Kubota 4.5 KW gas generator was routinely serviced along with the VW engine. While the generator engine runs well, it does not produce AC since mice damaged the coils. Refrigerator/freezer operates on AC or DC. Cook and heating propane stoves, along with air conditioner, roof fan, and microwave work well. At this time, latch on driver door needs minor repair.
