I have had this for about 4 years and I only us it once sometimes twice a year to out to Montauk
Everything is in working order .The only thing i don"t know about is the air conditioning .there is no power there so i never tried it .the tires are in great shape ,the carpet was replaced in the main section when i got it .i have solar panel that go along with it . queen size bed in the master fridge works on power or gas gas hot water heater gas stove gave furnace inverter new batteries
the only reason i am selling it is because my kids are older and i don"t need all this for one person
now the bad
there tailamp on the drivers side has a broken lens for the reverse light
2 of the draws could use new tracks
the floor does a little wet if the slides are open and there is a heavy rain
i have an extra fifth wheel hitch i would include in the sale
i will also offer free deliver any where in Nassau of Suffolk county long island
there is no warranty and it is being offer in as -is condition
