This coach has been certified "rebuilt" by the state of Ohio and comes with a blue rebuilt title that is valid in all 50 states. The title is in hand and ready for a new owner. Why a rebuilt title - this beautiful coach suffered a minor norcold fridge fire in December of 2017. There was no structural damage from the accident. It was all cosmetic and electrical. I purchased this coach from the previous owners when they bought their title back from insurance. I planned on keeping this coach for my family and heavy upgraded it. Unfortunately work changes are forcing me to sell.
This coach has a long history of detailed maintenance and service from the previous owners and myself - everything is digitized and managed via an excel document. I have personally painstakingly managed the repair process on this RV and I am an engineer, so the repair process was done with a watchful and detailed eye. The fire repairs were all related to the "house" systems and included 12 wire repairs above the fridge, new energy efficient spray foam insulation in the ceiling, multiple new ceiling panels, and over 400 hrs of labor.
The coach is SMOKE FREE and DOES NOT SMELL inside!
The ISL400 engine is running flawlessly. We just completed a 1600 mile trip in early August and 1450 mile trip in Feb and a trip out west last fall as well as multiple trips on weekends and other holidays. The generator has approximately 1780 hours and just had a fresh oil and filter service with Rotella T6 5w40. The coach has been used ~8500 miles in the last 12 months so it hasn"t been sitting.
Please note - the floor was just recently installed and there are a few trim pieces that the contractor still has to finish, these include the fridge panel, tile trim, passenger slide, and bedroom engine hatch. These items are scheduled to be completed by 9/14.
