I"m selling this camper for my father. Due to health, he is no longer able to use it. It is in good condition. 28ft. 1 slide out. queen size bed. Couch and dinette convert to beds. everything was tested in the camper and works without any problems. New awning last year. Spare tire and cargo box on the back. Comes with hitch and weight distribution system. Electric jack on the front. There was a spot on the floor in the rear corner. I could not find any type of leaks but cannot rule out what caused the stain. It is a 4 seasons camper so it is well insulated. There is some peeling of ceiling paper and wallpaper in the camper but that is due to age. Tires are all in good condition. Bearings were greased earlier this year and appear to be in good condition.
