Up for sale is a 2004 Monaco dynasty, 42 diamond, Cummins turbo Diesel engine 400 horsepower,Allison transmission, 45k miles, 4 slides, 10kw Onan generator, with only 512 hours, Aqua hot heat, 3 flat screen smart t.v’s, satellite, alladin, onboard vehicle monitoring system, outside tv , electric awnings, stand up shower separate from toilet, queen bed , sleeps 6 people, led lighting, slide out front two of the front cabinet doors has some body damage that Will need fixed or replaced any metal shop can build 2 alluminum doors very easily, interior is like brand new , outside paint looks good but does have some crows footing in the gel coat which is typical for a dark colored motorhome or boats, my paint guy priced doin small paint work sound the coach to get by for 3500 plus materials or 6500 plus materials for a all over paint job 10-15k dollars spent on this motorhome will make it worth over 100k retail , to make it perfect ,but motorhome is 15 years old and still looks great for the year and still in my opinion I would do light paint work and be done ,new coach batteries, all owners manuals and wiring schematics, electric shades inside, almost new Bridgestone tires, air leveling bags instead of jacks, wheels are in great condition, brakes are great, runs and drives great on the road , ice cold refrigerator big 4 door refrigerator with ice maker, 3 blue ray disc players, 3 a/c units on top, engine brake, weather sensing automatic awnings, remote keyless entry, don’t miss this motorhome it sold a little over a year ago for 110k dollars like it sets and the owner died and I obtained it, costed 371k dollars new, call Chris with questions or to buy it now ,I have all books and service records, motorhome runs out great , don’t miss it very nice bang for your buck , sure it’s not perfect but it’s not 2 or 300k dollars either, these are top of the line motorhomes for the money and looks just like a house ,this motorhome is very cheap, very hard to buy a tiny house for this money and you can’t drive the tiny house around, this is a steal , I’m just gonna throw this out the tires is 2010 year models, the tread is like new, I have the stickers from the tires in the records with the 4500 dollar bill attached to them were they were installed, they do have 10k miles on the tires since 2010, but again I don’t think they need replaced no dry cracks or wear, still show new
