2004 Lance model 915 lite 4 seasons fully self contained slide in pickup truck camper. Lance says it can sleep 6 persons, includes large roomy cab over queen size bed, dinette table turns into nice double bed in just moments and above that you have the cabinet in which will become the bunk bed with protective netting for safety, this is best for single adult or 2 smaller children. Has nice working roof air conditioner. Also separate wall mounted propane furnace with wall thermostat and air duct to all enclosed water pipes, which makes possible to be used year round in any cold temperature conditions. Great for those big memorable winter vacations or big game hunting trips. Camper also has a Honda gasoline generator 1000 watt, Also 12 volt deep cycle battery to manage your power when not plugged in or hooked to your truck or electric power. Very large refrigerator and freezer very cold runs on 12 volt, 110 volt or propane. Propane gas stove is a 3 burner. 6 gallon hot water heater which uses propane and works on thermostat. Beautiful full wet bathroom , toilet, sink and standing or sit down shower, there is an outside shower as well with the hot and cold nice to remove that beach sand. This camper has an aluminum roof which has always been well kept, maintained and sealed as needed. Also has several fresh air crank up vents one with temperature controlled fan, Also the maxi air covers for fresh air even when bad weather outside, push up vent or emergency exit above cab over bunk if needed. All vents and sky lights have inside snap on covers for the care of the camper and help with weather temperatures as needed. Lance thinks of everything. There are water holding tanks for fresh water, gray water and black water all with electronic fullness gauge mounted inside on wall to keep all levels checked with ease. Camper has 4 electric remote corner jacks which are controlled by a hand held remote while walking around camper making sure all is good while loading or unloading. You can load or unload camper in a matter of minutes with absolutely no sweating or work involved. Super sweet. This camper has a dry weight of around 2500 lbs. You need at least a 3/4 ton, with an 8 foot long bed truck.
Camper condition:
Folks I do not think you can ever find a nicer used camper in better condition then this one. It is a well kept and super clean camper. Its a non smoker and pet free with no odors still smells new. Interior is super clean and in beautiful condition, All cushions no stains or smells or rips. Carpets clean and nice. Walls original and clean. Ceiling original and very nice but look in picture there is 1 area that has a couple ripples, was told been like this from several years prior before from possible vent seal that got moisture but cause of that got immediate attention and solved right away. Flooring all original and super clean. All wood cabinets and storage areas and counters still look like new. Remember folks this is a 17 year old unit so it has some minor wear and some scratches, possible dent and paint fading or touch up found. Honda generator starts every time in 1st or 2 pull,but does not have enough watts to run roof a/c. This is a camper that has easily another 17 years left to make those family memories and vacation dreams all come true for along time. Then within 4 days after auction ends it must be paid by contacting me to make remaining balance due by cash or certified bank check. These units are sold by bill of sale not a title. I will store camper up to 30 days free of charge, but again must be paid in full. I will help anyone load camper and go over the unit upon picking up.
