“Good used condition, clean, normal wear and tear. Everything works as it should (except for built in cd player). There was a rip in the linoleum by the bathroom floor (I guess it can crack when moved in the winter), we glued that down but can still see it.”

Vehicle description

2004 Keystone Outback 28" RSDS Bunkhouse. Sleeps 10: rear slide with queen bed that has new 4" memory foam mattress, 4 bunks, fold out couch, and table that lays down. Couch area also has a slide-out. Lots of storage space. These were very well built campers. Relatively clean with normal wear and tear.
AC and Heat works. Fridge works on both propane and electric (you can choose auto or one or the other). (2) 30 lb propane tanks. Stabilizer jacks (a couple of the level jacks are broke so I use stabilizer jacks). 28 gal wastewater and gray water tanks, 45 gal fresh water tank. New tires this summer, new battery last summer. 30 amp elect. (also have converters to 50 amp and 20 amp i will include). Outside shower, inside shower, microwave, pantry and storage closets, outside stove, awning. Beautiful white cabinets that are easy to clean.
No leaks but it looks like there may have been one around the top window in a bunk, it could have just been condensation or a window left open. It"s not too bad and I"ve checked it after heavy rains and it"s never been wet. We have a big tarp that we use in the winter and can go with it if wanted. It has a few rips from the wind blowing it around but covers it well.
The kids are getting older and not as interested in camping so we only had it out 3 times this summer so decided it was time to let it go. Well worth the money!
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like additional pictures. It is in Duluth MN if you want to look at it.
