Awesome condition for its age. This is the upgraded outback with white kitchen cabinets, deluxe counter top, two bay sink, microwave, white panel fridge (electric or gas ). Master bedroom slide out queen bed. Carrier 5 central hvac, with wireless thermostat, and washable filters. 2 tv hook ups. am fm cd stereo, electric or gas (propane} hot water heater. 2 propane tanks, (both are full) deep cycle battery (fully charged) exterior lighting. upgraded aluminum wheels with spare tire and cover. 30 amp power cord. leveling jacks are mounted to frame. 2 5/16 ball needed.
This rv was an insurance claim for a tree limb that landed on it in April 2018, this camper has tpo roof and has 3 patches ( pro installed) and two coats of tpo roof sealant covering over 80 sq feet. (pro installed) the tv antenna top was also broke and not replaced (it was not hd)
Also the 2 bunks cushions, are not with this camper, nor is the outdoor cook top comes with a PA R title because of the claim. it has been re-certified and comes with all paperwork overall awesome camper with some normal wear for its age, it is a no reserve auction and I only accept cash or money order. This camper is absolutely ready to go except for the couple of missing items. (outdoor patio set is not included in this auction) Any questions, please feel free to contact me.
