F or sale is our 5th wheel camper. It is in perfect condition and has been meticulously maintained. I am the 2nd owner and you will not find a better, cleaner 5th wheel of it"s age. I would literally hook up to this and head across country. Everything works as it should and no leaks. I just put a new heavier duty suspension including new leaf springs, equalizer and wet bolt kit. Also added brand new e-rated tires and aluminum wheels. First offer over $7k takes it. 1/4" welded steel square tube rear bumper with 2" receiver you could actually tow with (very strong), JT strong arm stabilizing kit front and rear and a digital thermostat, LED"s throughout including tail lights, to name a few of the upgrades.
Just over 31" long, weighs just over 7,000 lbs empty and no more than 10,000lbs fully loaded and stuffed with camping gear, so it could even be towed by some 1/2 ton trucks. No rips, tears, leaks or issues whatsoever. You will not be disappointed. This has been used regularly and not sitting under a nasty tree as a seasonal it"s whole life. I hate to get rid of it, but it needs to go to another family to enjoy. We are looking to upgrade next year and figured if we sold now the new owners could even get some use out of it this year. This is a lot of trailer for not a lot of money for a 5th wheel. I will also include all the sewer and water hook ups, so you could literally leave my driveway and go camping.
