Vehicle description

I am regretfully having to sell my Montana 5th wheel RV. This is a 2004 model FL3685 with 4 slideouts. It has the winter insulation package. It is 36; 10" long with a front living room floor layout. The RV is currently parked at Thousand Trails Pio Pico park located on Otay Lakes Rd in Jamul, CA. The RV has very little actual road use. I have had this unit parked on a lease site at the park for the last 11 years. I visited once or twice each year. Lately I have been unable to find the time. My friends in the park as well as my visiting family have checked it regularly and kept things up even in my absence. The decals have faded over time. The clip on vinyl wrap around the 5th wheel end is ready to be replaced due to wind damage. I added that some years ago. It is not a necessity. It just looked nicer I thought. The trailer has a queen size bed and good closet space. The bathroom area is located at the bedroom end. There is also a second entrance door on that end. There is a large shower/garden tub. The kitchen has adequate counter space and ceiling fan. The dining table has 4 chairs. The table slides to adjust person space needed. Storage under chair seats. Pantry, 3 way fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove with oven, central vacuum system. Front living room with 2 opposing flex steel couch/fold-down beds, Entertainment center with Fireplace, TV, VCR/DVD and built-in stereo roof speaker system, glass insert cabinetry. Also have some RV items that can go with the unity. This is a very comfortable RV and has served me well. Hoping it goes to a good home. If a person is interested in renewing the lease and keeping the trailer at it"s present site that may be possible. You must be a member of Thousand Trails to be able to do that. My lease is due 9/24. I will be moving the unit into storage at the park if it is not sold by then.
