This trailer is nearly gutted on the inside. It had a leak which caused some rot so it"s in need of a lot of work. I was in the process of remodeling it when I was transferred to Phoenix, AZ for work. The roof was repaired so the leak was fixed, and I started demoing the interior but that"s as far as things went. I"d like to try and find someone else who is interested in trying to fix it up rather than letting it completely go to wast. The exterior and frame is in good shape so it definitely has potential for a capable person. The trailer is currently located on 3 acres of land near the river in Burgaw, which will also be listed for sale shortly. There is a possibility to rent this land for someone with a travel trailer, or fix this one up if someone is interested. I"m open to any reasonable offer on this thing so feel free to contact me!
