2004 Keystone Montana fifth wheel model 3295rk 34’11” 50 amp. The RV is clean and has tons of storage. We purchased this RV brand new in 2004. We replaced the factory decals in 2008 with custom decals. The decal on back “Gone Fish’n” with wave and sun. We mainly used the RV on Topsail Island. Every year we would sandblast all exterior metal and use black rustoleum paint to help protect it from the sun and salt air. We also would treat the roof every year up until 2013. Due to health issues we haven’t used the camper but a few times since then and only in the NC mountains. One picture of roof shows that it is black and needs to be treated. The RV has never had a leak. The AC was replaced in 2010. In April we had the camper professionally washed, waxed, interior cleaned, and a 14 point inspection. There were no major problems. The roof was the only structural issue but no leaks. It is a 2004 model so there are many cosmetic issues. Upon request we can send more pictures and/or video. This is a clean RV with a lot of life left. There are so many intricate details with rv’s and too many to list all amenities. We have all paperwork, original manual, color pamphlet, etc. This is a nice RV and priced to sell. Please feel free to ask questions, and we will do our best to answer them.
