2 slideouts, triple axle, 12" garage, all new tires, everything works, was living in it 6 months/year. Re-lapsealed roof, no leaks, slideout toppers, overcovers on all vents, 2 powered and fan adjustable speed roof vents, ceiling fan, all new backing plates/2 new hubs, bearings re-packed in December. Composite electric deck that comes out the door side, brand new awning with led strip, outdoor entertainment radio/cd player with 4 speakers, 5500 onan gold generator which runs perfect, 426 hours on it, 30 gallon fuel tank with fueling station, large front bedroom sliding glass door closet, wired for 3 tv"s, all appliances work great. 3 rows of e-track floor mounted in garage, cabinets in garage, full pullout full bed in living room, 3-40 gallon holding tanks, brand new all porcelain elongated toilet, 120 gallon fresh water tank, 12 gallon DSI/electric water heater, brand new 16k Goosebox gooseneck adapter air ride is installed on tongue, but do have original kingpin for 5th wheel towing. Needs a little TLC, as it is a 2004. Willing to deliver within a reasonable distance.
I have only owned this unit since October of 2016. I have hauled it 6,000 miles without any issues. It has 4 brand new tires, other 2 are fine, 1 spare tire. There is delmamination in the Driver side rear corner about 2" from the rear inwards, which can be fixed pretty easily. I bought it with that issue two years ago. I live in it seasonally in Florida, no leaks. Generator runs great and runs everything smoothly.
