Vehicle description
This motorhome is in excellent shape. It was hardly used when we bought it 4 years ago at 20,000 miles. Inspected in Pennsylvania till August 2019. We purchased it with the intent to use it a lot, but with our family"s health situation, we did not even use it in 2018. Others have used it, but not us. :(
4 years of GOLD level extended warranty is remaining and will be transferred to the new owner. We purchased the warranty last year for $4200 and will be included with the purchase at no cost to the buyer. This extremely well maintained motorhome is serviced regularly.
We have rented the unit out over the last year to help keep it operating smoothly since we could not use it. We would be happy to explain to the new owner how a privately owned RV can benefit from renting. I can help explain how simple it is to rent and the warranty and insurance covers those who rent!
At 27", sleeping 6 is no problem, yet it is so easy to drive. Kitchen with so much storage is across from the dinette which doubles as a double bed(sleeps 2). Queen sleeper sofa(sleeps 2) and queen bed at driver loft (sleeps 2). Bathroom with indoor shower at the end of the unit giving great privacy. And there is so much storage!
30 AMP service, generator, TV, VCR, AC/heat, awning, motorized slide at living room (very spacious), spacious indoor and outdoor shower, so many extras. There is minor wear on the unit including: slightly aged paint and striping (not noticeable in photos as it is slight), cracked steps (replacement unavailable, crack is taped and is not worsening, we purchased it with the crack), laminate covers to kitchen sink are warped slightly from water, dining room table has a 3 inch crack in laminate, but was repaired (we did not replace as the crack is hardly noticeable and we could not match the laminate), and minor damage to the sink apron at the bathroom sink.
A must see if you are looking to buy at a more affordable price than a newer model. Last inspection, the brakes were completely replaced. We also replaced the alternator recently. With the warranty, anything can be fixed if needed. The warranty even provides for a hotel stay. The RV center that we bought the unit will provide a loan for a qualified buyer. This is a great investment.
Transport can be considered for a fee.
