I bought this about 2 years ago. The Camper served me well and we had a great time. I used it for my two boys and my wife. but when we had company there was still plenty of room. I built a cabin in that spot so I dont use it anymore. It is in very good shape for the age. It has normal wear on the outside but this inside is in better than average condition. The fabrics are in excellent condition with no stains, wear marks, rips or smells. It pulls great! I pulled it from Kentucky to Arkansas and from Arkansas to St Louis where it sits now with my F150. I had no issue. Pulled straight and I had no issue with handling. It has two Propane tanks, one is empty, one full. It comes with a bike rack, spare tire, awning, extension hoses for sewer and sewer levels. Spare parts for water and such. It also comes with a $700+ load level hitch system. this will save you some money. Basically you wont need to buy a camper and then a bunch of accessories like at a dealer. Im giving everything needed to set up with the camper. It will probably save you another $2000 or more dollars vs buying another camper where you still need to buy all the other accessories required to tow and hook it up somewhere.
In the bunk area you can convert it from 4 bunk beds to two booth tables or fold everything out of the way and use it for a toy/storage section. the slide out area, the table converts to a queen size sleeping area and the couch folds out to a queen size bed. The slide out area is huge! Our whole family could hang out in that area as we often did when it was raining out. we never felt cramped and there are different areas to sit so that the kids aren"t complaining. . If you have magic kids then giving them extra space so they are not touching probably isn"t a big deal to you. the bedroom in the front has a queen size bed.
The Price is below NADA for comparable listed trailers. It really doesn"t need anything to be used. . If you have a bank loan I would be happy to work with your bank.
I expect a 10% deposit in 24 hours via Paypal. The rest should be cash or Cashiers check on the day of pick up within 7-10 days. Beyond that an arrangement needs to be made or I will cancel and relist. Im happy to work with you on the pick up.
The mileage is actually unknown, I put about 700 miles on it in 2 years.
