2004 Holiday Rambler Quad slide diesel pusher with only 50k miles on it. This rv drives and runs great. We have taken quite a few trips in it, but now have a new house and its time to let her go. The quad slides allow for plenty of living space, there are 2 slides in the living area and 2 slides in the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, the sofa sleeper is a full size pull out and the dinette makes into a full bed. It features the exterior shower and entertainment center, 4 doors premium refrigerator with ice maker, 4 burner stove and range hood microwave. 2 new smart tv"s, a new blu ray player and surround sound, carpets look like new, ducted A/C and heat make it comfortable year round. Dash air and heat work great. Double electric entry steps make entering and exiting easy. Below is a list of everything we have had done within the last 12 months, some as recent as the past week to make this RV solid and dependable, as well as more comfortable. RV is being sold fully stocked and ready to travel, the tires only have about 12k miles on them. No delamination, custom cover if you don"t have a place to keep it out of the sun, patio awning and awnings over all 4 slide outs. Please read the items I have detailed below. Added Added new washer/dryer combo Installed 2 new smart TV"s as well as new Blu Ray player Installed solid Oak kitchen extender for more counter space New tow package with electric brakes and new style wiring harness 2 wheel tow dolly only used once
Mechanical Both front wheels just had new bearings put in on both sides $1045.00 The wiring from the transmission to the engine was replaced $3757.00 Oil Changed at 49,162
Flaws There is some damage the dash so it needs to be recovered it is about a 6"x 6" place on the side, also the piping in about a 1" place on the passenger captains seat. We are allowing $1800 off for someone to take it and have it recovered or we will have it done. We have already gotten an estimate of $1200 to fix both, but allowing more if it costs a little more else where. I have pics of this and it"s not bad.
This RV is truly solid and will give somebody a great vehicle to enjoy. Our buy it now price is the average between low retail and high retail according to NADA values which is $43,920 less the $1800 allowance for upholstery. The RV is located in Huntsville, Alabama if anyone would like to come and check it out personally.
