This is a good solid 2004 class B rv. Runs great and all of the systems work well except the power part of the step doesn"t work. It does pull out by hand though. Fully self-contained with heated holding tanks. Both gas and electric hot water. 25000 btu ducted furnace that we don"t use. In most situations a small electric quartz heater is adequate. It has the roof satellite dish mounted and small flat screen television. Three burner stove with oven. Double sink with a new cutting board for extra prep space. The roof air is also ducted with on the wall thermostat. Brand new memory foam mattress that"s never been slept on. Hardwood cabinet doors so they are really solid. The 4.0 generator runs well to supply power with out plugging in the 30 amp service. The unit has new carpet throughout and linoleum in the kitchen and bath. There is lots of outside storage and fiberglass outside roof and siding are in good condition with no leaks. We use the sewer solution to pump out the 38 gallon holding tanks. We also have the original 4 inch flexible hoses too. It has a new HD backup camera that I have installed to run while driving if you want to. Good to watch the traffic behind you. It"s on the Ford 450 chassis that has dual wheels on the back. The steering has the steer safe system installed to provide extra safety in case of a front tire blowout. It has the heavy duty tow hitch package.
