Very nice 2004 Gulf Stream RV with only 37.3K miles. It"s on a Ford 350 chassis. To be clear, it has a few issues: Significant staining on the carpet (especially on the bottom of the section that slides out). The front passenger side hubcap is dented and missing one of the fake lug nuts. There is a soft spot on the floor close to where the carpet meets the kitchen flooring. The cabin air conditioning is stuck on defrost mode. Cool air still comes out, just in defrost mode. Normal aging (e.g., sink, shower, toilet, appliances, etc.). Aside from the above, everything appears to be in good working order (generator, slide out, etc).
Also, I"ve been told it"s a B+ Class. Since not an option, I listed as a C Class.
