Vehicle description
2004 GMC C8500 with Telelect cable placing Booms. The cat diesel starts right up and runs great with no knocking or other unusual noises. The 5-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears, truck drives straight down the road, no pulling to either side. Brakes are good and tight. All windows and doors open and close well, glass all good. Body is straight but does have some rust (as you can see in the pictures).
The interior of the truck is nice, especially for the type of work it is in. Interior is functional and everything inside seems to work great, including the ac.
The Telelect booms work wonderfully. 45" working height, single man bucket. No leaks or squeals that would indicate problems. Equipped with upper and lower controls and double hydraulic reel carriers powered by pto.
