Vehicle description
Four Wheel Drive Class C Quigley RV- (the BEST 4x4 system out there) with only 22,500 original miles (2 owners). This is not an aftermarket 4x4 system , this RV like all Quigley"s was installed when the vehicle was brand new. The new RV was shipped to the Quigley factory and four wheel drive was installed, and in my opinion making it the best type of 4x4 system out there!
Super updated. Car fax to show this and ALL original paperwork for everything .Van chassis is "03, RV manufactured "04.
Too much to list , but here are a few of my favorites:
- BRAND NEW ROOF (Installed 8/15)-New Heavy Duty/Commercial Grade 60 mil. TPO roof (5 times thicker than standard RV roof) - thickest you can get- $6000 value!
-rear bedroom with walk around queen bed (sleeps large family)w/ fold out couch AND overhead bed
- separate large shower w/ private bath
-kitchen has large fridge/freezer with wood panels
- 4 burner gas cooktop, oven and microwave- all like new
- heated holding tanks (just need to be insulated/wrapped)
-complete rear end pass through for SKIS, fishing poles, etc.
-4 K Onan generator with only 145 hours ! ! Hardly used! (quiet and runs perfectly)
-front and rear hitches for towing and racks for bikes and extra toys
- custom rear bumper with metal tool box for even MORE storage. There is so much storage in this RV.
-A/C, fantastic fans, seat belts in rear- three sets. No slides (less maintenance and more open inside room when driving).
-upgraded wood look laminate flooring(no old carpet that will soak up snow in winter use)
- faux granite counters, rv grade wall tile all perfectly done! (This is not some dated rig.)
-E-450 frame with V-10 motor, one of Ford"s best.

Original owner was 70 year old man who put 10-k miles on it in 10 years, second owner (who we purchased from) put 10-k miles on it 4 years. This was a East Coast (NY) rig with absolutely no rust ! Amazing! Van body paint, under hood and interior is like new. These are rare, hence the reason I had to go 3,000 miles to get one with this many miles on it. Now you can get this here in Bend Oregon and not have to do what I did to get it or any of the updates/maintenance. I am selling it because I purchased a smaller unit. My loss is your GAIN! !
It lives large and is super, super clean. The camper was detailed- down to shampooing every cushion and rug.
Remember the banks probably won"t recognize the value/cost of the Quigley 4x4 package (about $25,000-$30,000 now ) on top of a RV like this without 4x4, so you will probably need substantial funds on hand (on top of any financing) if you don"t have all cash.
Vehicle was completely mechanically serviced including a complete rear brake job with ALL new parts, this was a $1,600 job on this E-450 dually. You won"t have to do brakes for a LONG time, and almost new 6 tires and full spare underneath with easy access.
Rig is all ready for winter travel and snow. You will not find a 4x4 RV in this size with 22-k miles at this price . RARE and READY! !
