This is a good, solid Class A RV. We have gone through it from front to back and serviced and repaired all the systems. We purchased the RV with roof damage from a tree. We removed the damaged items and made the repair to the roof and the inside trim. We replaced the skylight and a few vents. We then resurfaced the roof with roof seal and serviced all seams. We installed 6 new 19.5" tires and changed the oil and checked drive line. We are a professional Re manufacturing company. We have over 30 years experience and we are Licensed, Bonded and insured.
This RV has a lot of nice options. It has a large fiberglass acrylic bathtub unit with sliding glass doors. The slides are hydraulic and work great and seal up properly. The basement is heated and the RV has a type of arctic package that allows you to use it in cold climate. The roof is fiberglass and we just installed two new roof air units. The outside of the RV looks good with some dings and scrapes from use, I am sure. It is a good looking coach but no new. The interior is clean and the roof does not leak. We have found NO unaddressed leaks and no water damage. The carpet is original and shows a little fade but not bad. We have not found anything not working. The furniture is in good condition and the RV HAS NOT BEEN SMOKED IN. It has no obvious odors and the appliances are clean. You will enjoy the ample closet space. There are two large closet and another small in the master bedroom. There is a huge amount of storage under the RV too. The drive line it the Ford 5500 with the V10 engien and overdrive Transmission. The generator is Onan 5500 and it runs both ac with no issues.
The RV is about 35 feet long. The Chassis was built in 2004 but the Rv was built in 2005. The model number on the side is a 342. This makes it the Gerogetown 342DS or the XL 342DS. It makes little difference and they are the same floor plan. It runs and drives very good and I know it has a lot of options that I am not listing but you can call or text me at in Searcy AR.
