Hello and thank you for looking. this is a No reserve auction for local pick up only. Cash at time of pick up. located at Hickory Run Campground in Denver, PA
This camper has been in my family since new, i will tell you everything i know about it. originally parked in Sea isle City New jersey until last year. originally had a full length Florida room, because of this if you look at pictures the side with doors has glue on the bottom from where carpet was! The heater has never been used so it is new.
the roof had some special epoxy resin put on about a year ago, good for 50 years! . the trailer was only on the road once when we moved from jersey to Pa. due to removal of florida room we had a small leak in roof. had it repaired by local Rv guy. no leaks ta all now. no major damage was done to the inside in fact only damage was the counter top laminate started to seperate due to moisture. no mold. no problems. a few hours of cleaning and this is ready to be used again. tires are good as are all lights.
Until 2017 this was always cleaned and hand waxed by local guy in our park. winterized by local rv dealer always. i have had as many as 10 people sleeping in this. queen bed is new and never used. floors are solid with no soft spots. water heater works well. as does the A/C! slide out works good. plumbing is solid!
with no reserve this is a great buy for someone looking for a travel trailer or hunting unit. battery is original and dead! tires all hold air and have great tread however they are dry cracked
comes with 2- 30 gallon propane tanks and everything you see in pictures. must be picked up and paid for with in 10 days from end of auction, $250 paypal deposit due ASAP please be local enough that you have ability to pick up. last buyer backed out because he bid on something 3,000 miles away
