Up for auction is a 2004 30" wilderness fifth wheel. I purchased this RV 5 years ago and our family has enjoyed every minute of it but we"re out growing this unit and are in need of a toy hauler. I installed all new skylights, a new bathroom fan, new roof vents, and applied liquid EPDM to the entire roof as well Lap sealant to all of the roof fixtures. The front master bedroom and bathroom area have all brand new custom oak cabinetry and bed which is set up for a standard queen mattress. The entire RV has new carpet installed and updated plumbing and lighting fixtures. Also at the time of this remodel I installed a new 24" awning. The dining table and jack knife sofa are part of the slide out on the coach offering a large living area. All appliances and mechanical"s work as they should in the RV. As with any older RV there are some dents, dings, and minor blemishes on the outside of the RV as well as it could use a good exterior washing. Please feel free to message with any questions.
