Up for sale is my 2004 Fleetwood Timberlake Popup Camper. I recently acquired this camper in a trade. I do not know a lot about it. But what I do know is this, i am the 3rd owner. The second owner Has had it for about 2 1/2 years. The original owner was a snowbird to florida and the camper remained here in florida. Garaged in summer ( not used ) and under cover outside during winter months when it was"nt being used. The second owner as well kept it stored in a garage and was only used to travel around florida. I have now had it for less than 2 months now. I have used it at a local state park for 3 nights and just used it after Hurricane Irma as i had no power for 7 days. The Roof Top A/C unit is about 3 years old it was replaced by the original owner when a tree fell on it and damaged the a/c and put minor holes in the roof. The roof was patched and i can not say to its leak proof. But I can say the times that i have had it up was in rain and i did not see or feel any moisture inside from leaking. There does appear to be minimal water damage signs on the canvas ( Very minor Stains ) over the smaller bed is a larger stain I"m just not sure from what ? It might of got closed up wet by previous owner. About the camper. I am told that everything works. There have been new propane lines and regulator installed. Has a stove ( propane ) 3 way fridge,i did have the fridge going and stove lit. I did not however have the hot water heater going but i am assured that it works. Bathroom with shower and cassette toilet. 1 bed is a full or double size, the other bed is a king size. Also has a dinette which turns into a small bed. Has a newer awning. It has newer radial tires. Camper tows great. The floors have solid plywood flooring with newer stick tiles laid down. The counters have had a glass tile added to them. The camper comes with almost everything needed to go camping. To many extra small things to mention. Overall considering its age it is in my opinion about a 7.5 out of 10. During Hurricane Irma it lost 2 front marker lights and the cover tore. The cover still works it just has a 3 foot slit in it on the front that i turned and is now the back. I have the title in hand and all the paperwork that originally came with the camper new. It does have some minor cosmetic issues on the body but nothing that affects its performance or drive ability. It looks like the owner turned into something and put a small crack in the driver side from corner which he than filled in with bondo and never completely sanded down.
