With only 38k miles its just getting broken in! Generator only has 1,353 hours on it and has been serviced regularly. The interior is in like new condition with very minimal signs of wear. The couch and front seats barely look like anyone has sat in them! We have the receipts for the following as this is our personal RV and have owned it for the past 2 1/2 years. Compartments will be cleared out before sale. ~ Michelin Tires were replaced on 12/19/18 @ 25,000 miles
~ Oil on engine and Generator have been changed every year
~ Fuel filters also changed every year
