You are looking at a great running, driving and looking Fleetwood Fiesta 26ft Class A RV with only 42k miles on it. We painted the interior with a beautiful Sherwin Williams grey and added new flooring as well as other accents to the interior. It sleeps 4 people, 2 in the master and the table converts down to a sleeper for 2 more. It has all the amenities Fridge, Freezer, microwave, gas range, kitchen, full bathroom and shower. This RV also has tons of storage which is great for trips! We bought this as a summer adventure toy for my family and have enjoyed multiple trips, our longest being a week long, so I have personally tested everything and know the RV in and out. The RV is ready to go and take you on many adventures! We love that"s its not to big, its easy to drive and get in and out of parking lots, that was one of the big appeals for us, its the perfect size!
Engine, trans, chassis: The engine purrs, it starts right up every time perfectly and is very powerful, it has plenty of power to cruise onto highway or go up any big hills. This 8.1 litre GM is bulletproof and paired with the workhorse chassis this is a highly sought after and dependable set up for a RV. The transmission works exactly as it should, all the shifts are smooth and on time. It shifts smooth and perfectly from and to Park, Drive, Reverse and all gears.
Interior: We just repainted the and put new hard floors in so there is minimal wear and it looks nice and refreshed form the original 2004 decor. The captains chairs are in good conditioner and really comfortable, no rips tears.
Exterior: Exterior is in average conditioner for its age, no dents or rust, paint is average condition you can see from the pics it looks good. The roof is in above average condition, it looks like the previous owner had the roof sealed and applied a new coating, it looks great.
Mechanical: Hot water heater works as it should, water pump works, Roof AC blows very very cold, RV AC blows cold, all appliances work as they should, TV works, batteries are newer (dates are late 2019). Onon gas generator starts up and works as it should.
Items not working or in need of replacing: The automatic door power step, I disconnected the motor and just pull it in and out manually so it still works just not automatically. The latch on the screen door needs to be replaced. The right awning arm is broken, being a rookie RV person we did not tilt the awning during a rain storm and the arm broke, it will need to be repaired if you want to operate the awning. Also the awning fabric is on its last leg so you will want to replace that also.
