2004 Bounder motor home, by Fleetwood. One,original owner,bought this coach new the last business day of 2004 in Nokomis, Florida. It has never seen any cold weather/ice/snow/salt. It was driven to Vermont and lived in, during June, July, August, September and part of October and then went to Florida for the winter. The owners have a home in Florida, where they always spend the winters, so for the winter months it has always been in storage in Odessa, Florida. The owners are a senior couple modifying their life style to suit their age. The motorhome has two slide outs, washer & dryer, large shower, two lavatories. No one other than the original couple have ever used this coach. It is on the GM Workhorse chassis with the vortec 454 gas motor. It received a major tune up ( with complete receipts) 9/21/17. It has been driven less than 600 miles since the major tune up. There have never been any problems or issues of any kind with the chassis or running gear and it has been maintained on a regular schedule. Complete receipts for all service performed come with the coach. The back air conditioner needs serviced at this time. The coach has never been involved in a traffic accident of any sort. The coach needs to be professionally buffed and polished . I tried to show the surface condition in the close up pictures. It currently has approximately 60,000 driven miles . Owners are non smokers so the coach has never been smoked in. It comes complete with dishes/cooking utensils ,linens, etc. The entertainment items consist of two flat screen TV"s and a " Dish Tailgater" system. I have included a couple of pictures of the front and rear tires on the left side to show that they are in good shape and have lots of miles left on the tread. I didn"t take pictures of the right side because the tires were all put on at the same time. Also included are a new tow bar set up, complete with the brake buddy system for the included towed car. The towed car is a 2005 Dodge neon. It is standard transmission drive, making it suitable to be pulled, by a motor home, and is reliable transportation, when you get to where you are going, but is not cosmetically perfect.
