Up for your consideration is a 2004 Feetwood 31H Class C Motor home with under 53,000 original miles. This motor home is in very good condition. We are the third owners of fine machine. Everything works well on this RV. I"ve attempted to describe it to the best of my ability without over or understating anything. We can pick you up at the Wilmington NC airport, and you can drive this motor home to your next vacation destination. She runs and drives right and is ready to go across country today. If there is anything you don"t like about the motor home when you show up, I"ll refund your deposit on the spot, no questions asked. Delivery is an option to anywhere in the USA. Keep in mind she is used, not a brand new unit, although she looks like she could be.
Here are the specifics: 2004 Fleetwood 31H Class C Ford Triton V10 with a 4 speed automatic transmission and a Ford Chasis 52,875 original miles with meticulous maintenance records since NEW You can look back over the years of oil changes, tune ups, and maintenance This is a Non Smoking RV and it hasn"t been in any accidents Clean title in my name Overall length of 31 feet 6 inches 19.5 Tires all around with 85% tread 225/70R19.5 in the front 10,000 pound hitch on the rear No cracks in the windshield The roof has NEVER leaked The engine runs good, as it should The transmission shifts crisp The awning works fine She could use a good wash and wax New starting battery 1 month ago 2 Six Volt Deep Cycle batteries work well Cummins Onan Generator works well Both roof AC units blow very cold ( Cooled us down well on a 98 degree day ) The coach AC also blows very cold while driving All appliances work, the fridge is cold and the freezer will freeze anything you put in it The large propane tank in the rear has recently been filled Max Air Roof Vent Queen Size bed in the rear bedroom Upgraded the original stereo with a new CD player in the front with new speakers There is a small fiberglass patch in the passenger side ( pictured ) This needs to be sanded and decailed over. One of the plastic wheel wheel covers is also cracked.
