Nice unit that has served me well. This unit was used primarily as an office and housing for extended work out of town. This unit was sold here but buyer did not have the funds so I kept it through the winter and am now ready to sell for someone to use for pleasure. The inside has been completely redone with new paint,carpet,tile and counter tops. The engine is strong and I put new belstein shocks on the unit. The HVAC units work great and the water heater is in good working condition. The paint on the exterior is a little faded but the roof appears to be new, put on by previous owner. The ceiling shows signs of a previous leak but has not leaked since I have had the unit through torrential rain and snow. The canvas is old but needs to be replaced on the front and over the slides.
