Custom built 2004 50" semi-trailer RV.
3 bedroom or could be 2 bedroom with an office. Also additional office area with cabinets and spot for file cabinet. Lots of individual space. Many storage cabinets including large pantry closet. Dining table has drop-sides and custom built for the space. Large RV refrigerator with freezer. Water pump, fridge, and 1 light is 12 volt.
All heat/air is electric- RV 12 volt heating/air not installed. Has been used as a "park & plug-in" rig. 3 built in wall heaters and 2 portable air conditioners work great.
Bathroom includes tub/shower combo, new toilet and washer and dryer.
Very secure front door locks with deadbolt.
