I just purchased this, but must relocate out of the country due to a job opportunity. I used it for four days, and is in exceptional condition, with the warping of the back of the trailer from a water leak, which was repaired from the same dealership that I purchased the trailer from by the previous owner. The trailer must be picked up, but I can help coordinate with a buyer"s towing company if wanted. The awning is brand new, as well as, the TV.
